Description
Compactuna Plus C30 for leveling 2-30mm, pallet contents: 48 bags of 25kg
- Substrate
Substrate Requirements
Always work on a rough, sound, dry, dust- and oil-free substrate
free of loose particles. Suitable substrates include screed, rough concrete, precast concrete elements, mortar layers, floors with underfloor heating (not in use), and old tiled floors. Smooth substrates (e.g., polished concrete) must first be sanded. Do not apply on floors that are wet or subject to rising damp, on unstable substrates or outdoors.
When applying to floors with underfloor heating, the residual moisture content must be
≤ 1.8% CM (Carbide Method).
Primings
Pretreat absorbent substrates such as cement screeds, rapid-setting cement screeds and rough
concrete with PRIMER PO or a solution consisting of 1 part COMPAKTUNA®
(PRO) and 3 parts water. Pretreat non-absorbent, smooth, dense substrates
such as ceramic coverings or smooth concrete with undiluted
PRIMER BL.
2. Application
EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 is mixed with ±22% water, i.e. ±5.5 L water
per 25 kg bag, depending on the desired consistency. Pour the required amount of water into a mortar tub for each 25 kg bag and add the dry leveling mortar slowly and evenly. Mix thoroughly with a slow-speed mixer for 2 minutes until a lump-free, homogeneous grout is obtained. Let the leveling mortar rest for 5 minutes, then stir it thoroughly again. Now pour the EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 in strips onto the floor. Light assistance with a squeegee, leveling trowel, or roller may be necessary.
EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 is applied in 1 or 2 coats. If a second coat is required, apply it as soon as the first coat has hardened.
When applying 2 coats of EGALISER-EN PLUS C30, the first coat must be primed with undiluted PRIMER BL before applying the second coat.
After the primer has formed a film (± 1 hour), the second coat can be applied.
– The maximum total coat thickness of EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 is 30 mm.
– The processing temperature is from +5 °C to +30 °C (applicable to both the substrate and the environment). Do not apply in direct sunlight.
– The processing time of EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 is 30 minutes at +20 °C.
EGALISER-EN PLUS C30 is temperature-dependent; Higher temperatures
shorten the processing time, lower temperatures will delay the floor’s commissioning.

precipitation, strong winds and direct sunlight during curing.
